Introduction

These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website plottingcenter.com and its related sub-domains, sites, services, and tools (the "Site"). By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with PlottingCenter, d/b/a/ Maadi Plotting Center ("we", "us" or " Plotting Center ") in relation to your use of the Site (the "User Agreement").

Binding Effect

By using this site, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms of use, to which we reserve the right to make changes from time to time, consistent with applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not use this site.

Please be aware that these terms of use contain a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

You must read, agree with, and accept this User Agreement and Maadi Plotting Center's Privacy Policy read all further linked information referred to in this User Agreement. Such linked information including but not limited to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

Additional Terms

In addition to these Terms of Use, your use or purchase of, or participation in, certain products, services or contests offered on our Site may require you to accept additional terms and conditions applicable to such products, services and/or contests (collectively, " Additional Terms "). The Additional Terms are incorporated and made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference.

Eligibility for Membership

Maadi Plotting Center sells products only to adults, not children, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. You must be at least 18-years-old and fully able and competent to use the Maadi Plotting Center Service and purchase services and/or products from us. Those under the age of 18-years-old may use the Maadi Plotting Center Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By placing an order with Maadi Plotting Center or by clicking on "place order," you hereby represent and warrant that:

• you are 18 years of age or over the age of 18 years.
• if you are a corporate representative, you have authority to bind the corporate entity.
• you are the sole and exclusive legal and beneficial owner of all items of any description that you upoad, display or send through the Site and you have complete right, title, and authority to deal in such items.
• you will inform Maadi Plotting Center of any postings, items or transactions which appear to be in violation of this User Agreement.
• you shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations regarding and relating to your use of the Site.
• information you provide on the Site in respect of items you wish to sell shall be as accurate as reasonably possible.
• you will not disclose your contact details including but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses in the bidding, buying or listing processes, or anywhere on the Site including the feedback area, discussion forum or through any e-mail feature of the Site intended to bypass use of Maadi Plotting Center.
• n>you will not use contact information provided to you during the course of a transaction on the Site to solicit additional sales offline or on another website.
• you will not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including but not limited to email addresses and other contact information.
• you will not disclose or publicize any personal information about users or otherwise access or use information about other users in a manner which (in our sole discretion) may constitute a breach of privacy and/or applicable laws.

Modification to these Terms of Use

We will post a notification on this Site in the event of any material changes to these Terms of Use. Such changes, whether in the form of modifications, additions, or deletions, shall be effective when specified in the relevant notification or, if the change is immaterial, immediately upon appearing on this Site. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following our posting of any changes to these Terms of Use means that you accept those changes.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

When you register as a member of the Site you have been or will be required to provide certain information and register a username and password for use on this Site.

On becoming a member of the Site, you agree:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You agree to immediately notify Maadi Plotting Center of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will Maadi Plotting Center be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder. You agree to reimburse Maadi Plotting Center for any improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Site, services or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether you authorized such access or not.

Maadi Plotting Center may (in its sole discretion and at any time), make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you provide it with further information or documentation, including without limitation to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity such information or documentation may include your trade license, tax documentation, other incorporation documents and/or documentation showing any person's authority to act on your behalf. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to Maadi Plotting Center upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, Maadi Plotting Center without liability may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed / unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

You agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Maadi Plotting Center requires your agreement during the registration process to send you promotional emails to let you know about any new changes, features or promotional activities added to the Site. If, at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

Products offered through this Site are offered subject to availability. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. You agree to be responsible for all orders placed using your account, username, password, or other security information. All orders must be accepted by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. For example, Maadi Plotting Center reserves the right not to print adult content (art is accepted), copyrighted material, discriminatory material, or money. You shall not use the Maadi Plotting Center Service to violate any applicable laws or to infringe upon any third party’s rights.

Terminating Your Account

You may disable your account at any time by contacting us at support@plottingcenter.com Additionally, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, disable, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon disabling your account, we may retain your data in accordance with our  Privacy Policy . Even if your account is disabled, suspended, or terminated, be aware that you will continue to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Solely for Personal Use

You may browse this Site and all associated content, including, without limitation, any articles, or recommendations that we may share, solely for your personal use. This Site or any portion thereof may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Accuracy of Information as Condition to Site Access

To access parts of this Site or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain, sometimes personal, information. It is a condition of your use of this Site that all the information you provide on this Site is correct, current, and complete.

Restricted Transmission

You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper functioning of this Site. In using this Site (including, without limitation, any products and/or services made available to you on or through the Site) you may not:

• Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic (including, but not limited to, child pornography), profane, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, vile or indecent information of any kind, including images and language.
• Transmit any message that constitutes, encourages, or incites conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
• Transmit a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail.
• Transmit or solicit any information, software, or other material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material that is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights; is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights; or is a derivative work with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
• Transmit any information, software, or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
• Use any software, tool, data, device, or other mechanism to navigate or search this Site, other than generally available browsers or a search engine provided by us.
• Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any aspect of this Site, including any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including, but not limited to, images, text, page layout, or form) without our express written consent.
• Use any metatags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent.

Other Restrictions

Additionally, you are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of this Site, including, without limitation:

• Accessing content or data not intended for you or logging onto a server that you are not authorized to access.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this Site, or any associated system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
• Interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any visitor, host, or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to this Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing," or "crashing;"
• Violating security features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the services or the content on the Site, including, without limitation, by use of any manual or automated software, devices, scripts bots, crawlers, spiders, data miners, scraping or other automatic access tools.
• Using this Site to send unsolicited e-mail, promotions, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or advertisements.
• Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or in any posting.
• Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by us in providing this Site.
• Any violation of system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.

Order Approval

You are fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval (including, without limitation, approval over your Design Services (as defined below) and Logo Services (as defined below) order(s)) prior to the confirmation and printing process. ALL approvals are final. Maadi Plotting Center is NOT LIABLE for any errors in a final product caused by you or approved by you including, without limitation, any of the following reasons: misspellings, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, small fonts, orientation of files, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, and finished product size.

User Content

When using the Maadi Plotting Center Service, You are, and shall remain, solely responsible for the content of any materials (including, without limitation, any image or content being reproduced as part of your order), including, without limitation, creative suggestions, submissions, artwork, logos, service marks, trademarks, images, text, ideas, notes, drawings, photographs, graphics, messages, concepts, or other information or communications (collectively, "User Content") you send, upload, post or transmit to us via this Site, the Internet, e-mail, or otherwise. You hereby grant to us and our affiliates, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display User Content in connection with fulfillment of your orders (e.g., reproduce and print on ordered materials and merchandise). You represent and warrant that you are the owner of or have the right to license User Content and that your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate or violate the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.

You may not submit any User Content that:

• Contains any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic (including, but not limited to, child pornography), profane, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, vile or indecent information of any kind, including images and language.
• Contains any message that constitutes, encourages, or incites conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
• Contains a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; or
• Contains any information or other material that violates or infringes upon the rights of Maadi Plotting Center or any third party, including material that is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights; is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights; or is a derivative work with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.

You acknowledge that Maadi Plotting Center does not pre-screen User Content. Maadi Plotting Center and its affiliates reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content, at any time, for any reason, in their sole discretion, including, but not limited to, when User Content violates these Terms of Use or may otherwise be objectionable.

We advise that you keep a copy of all User Content uploaded to Maadi Plotting Center, as we will not be able to send back any of your files/content at any given time. Maadi Plotting Center maintains no guarantee that User Content uploaded into our system or provided by us as a background, template or clip art asset will be available in the future. After order fulfillment, your User Content, and the proofs that Maadi Plotting Center sent you may be removed/deleted at any time without notice.

We welcome our customers to share photos and videos of their Maadi Plotting Center orders online, including on social media websites, social media applications, and social sharing websites. You may grant us permission to use, share and/or re-post your photos, videos, reviews or other content (collectively, "User Generated Social Media Content") by tagging or mentioning Maadi Plotting Center with such User Generated Social Media Content.

Design Services

As part of the Maadi Plotting Center Service, Maadi Plotting Center offers design services (" Design Services ") to its customers. Maadi Plotting Center reserves the right to refuse to accept a Design Services order/project or to cancel a Design Services order/project at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. You are fully responsible for the final approval of your Design Services order prior to the confirmation and printing process.

Design services may include company identity design and logo design. Maadi Plotting Center does not provide any legal advice, nor has any obligation to provide any legal advice or assistance to you regarding logo usage or trademark or anything related to the logo or to your Logo Services order/project. It is solely your responsibility to determine if the logo is suitable for use and/or distribution. No information provided by Maadi Plotting Center in connection with your Logo Services order/project constitutes legal advice.

Design Services concepts will be provided to you approximately within four (4) working days from when the order for Design Services is placed provided that all necessary content and information is provided. Final designs will be delivered to you in a web preview format via email, viewable once logged into your account on the Site, or any other way. Maadi Plotting Center does not provide any design files. Customers will have four (4) days to request revisions upon receipt of final designs. All design delivery times are estimates, as it can vary based on the project/order. Maadi Plotting Center will not be liable for any missed deadlines or delays, for any reason, and will not refund customers for this reason. Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for any late Design Services orders that may impact your project timeline and/or printing. Maadi Plotting Center suggests allowing approximately three (3) weeks of time for Design Services projects and associated printing and shipping times.

You hereby grant Maadi Plotting Center a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, share and display the results and proceeds of your Design Services order/project in connection with Maadi Plotting Center’s internal business purposes and advertising that Maadi Plotting Center was the designer of such results and proceeds.

Customer Submit Artwork or Graphics

All artwork or designs and images submitted by you must be provided in CMYK format, excluding products labeled otherwise (more information available on product details and file set up tabs). Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes or converting from CMYK to RGB. Further, Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for PANTONE® Matching System (a system provided by a third-party service provider) causing colors to drop out or convert to incorrect colors when converted to CMYK.

All artwork, designs and images submitted by you must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode (unless otherwise stated).

Uploaded file size in MB exceeds max. limit mentioned on site and may be rejected. Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to you providing Maadi Plotting Center a low-resolution, RGB or otherwise incorrectly prepared artwork, design and/or image. Further, Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for overprint designs or non-flattened files printing in error. Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for production delays for any reason, including any delays caused by customer file errors or by customers requesting or needing to re-upload files due to not meeting proper print specifications.

Color Proofing, Matching & Printing

Maadi Plotting Center is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by you. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. Maadi Plotting Center will use commercially reasonable efforts to match the gradient density of each color, but Maadi Plotting Center is not liable for the final appearance of a color.

Please be aware that the application of High Gloss UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of printed colors. Maadi Plotting Center is not liable for the final color appearance of any High Gloss UV-coated products.

We cannot guarantee the facility in which your order will be printed. In the case of a mechanical issue in one of our facilities, we may print your order in another facility to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Payment

Important: Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Value Added Tax (VAT)/Sales Tax

Please be notified that sales tax may apply to your order(s) unless you qualify for sales tax exemption.

Return Policy

If your order has been produced to the wrong specification or not to an acceptable standard we may (in our discretion) reprint free of charge. Any errors in printing must be reported via e-mail to the following email address customercare@plottingcenter.com within 3 days of order receipt. Please make sure to include your job reference number in the subject line so that we can help you as quickly and effectively as possible. We will also require photographic evidence of the issue and to possibly return the job in full within 14 days after receipt Shipping.

 If, when delivered, the printed product cannot be used because there is no packaging or the content are completely damaged, please do not accept the material and send email to customercare@plottingcenter.com to inform us of the issue so we can proceed and reprint your order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email.

Your printing request is complete when we receive your full payment. An online confirmation email will be sent to you as confirmation of receiving your request.

You will be notified by e-mail with the updated status of his print request.

The order can be canceled if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet, once the order has been sent to production, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment, it won't be possible to cancel the order.

Cancellation with a refund is not possible, as the order entered the production process.

Refund Policy

In case of the customer chose refund and not to reprint order, we will notify via email within a reasonable period, the value of the item without shipment fees will be either returned to customer account within 3 working days or refunded to you within a period of 14-21 working days.

Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

Order Pick-Up

Maadi Plotting Center will make several attempts to contact you when your order/package(s) are ready for pickup. You have up to fifteen (30) days to pick up your order/package(s) from Maadi Plotting Center’s outlet point during pickup hours. Maadi Plotting Center is under no obligation to store your order/package(s) beyond such time period. Order number and pick-up code are required at time of pick-up.

Order Shipping & Delivery

Maadi Plotting Center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery schedules are met. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Maadi Plotting Center is not liable for any delays in shipping. In no event shall Maadi Plotting Center be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery for any reason including, but not limited to, delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, increase in volume during holiday season, information received on a holiday or a non-business day, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Maadi Plotting Center’s direct control. Maadi Plotting Center shipment and delivery dates are merely estimates calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and cannot be guaranteed. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by you in submitting the proper shipping address, Maadi Plotting Center will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment for which you will be responsible. Please note that section applies to all orders, including, without limitation, mailing services, and direct marketing services.

Please be advised that we may not combine different items or orders for shipping. Due to the nature of gang-run printing, each item may be placed on a separate batch, and each batch may be completed at a different time than the rest of the items on the order. Thus, we may ship each item separately to ensure you receive your products as soon as they are ready. We may combine shipping for certain items that have the same options, such as paper stock, quantity, etc. Further, please note that due to size limitations, we will not ship to PO Boxes.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products you ordered to the carrier responsible for delivery. Maadi Plotting Center is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit or delivery, for any 3rd party shipping errors or omissions, nor for any charges or fees incurred due to packages that were lost or damaged in transit.

Freight Service Shipping Method

Freight service shipping may be available for certain products. Please note that freight service shipping may be subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party carriers. Cost of freight service shipping may vary based on various factors such as delivery destination (e.g. shipments destined to certain zip codes may be subject to a "per shipment" surcharge). Additional fees may apply for any freight orders requiring additional services such as "Lift Gate Service," "Trade Show" service, "Freight Not Adjacent to Vehicle (Including Inside Pickup or Delivery)" service, "Limited Access Locations" service, or "Sorting and Segregating of Shipments" service. If your shipment requires a service, such as "Trade Show" service, but you do not select the required options upon checkout, we may charge you for those additional charges at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary services are added to the order upon checkout. Prices for additional services vary per service and all freight service shipping prices are subject to change.

With respect to the "Limited Access Locations" service, the term "Limited Access Locations" includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Churches and all houses of worship.
• Commercial establishments not opened to the walk-in public during normal business hours.
• Construction sites - the site of any construction of buildings, roads or bridges or other structures including the entire property upon which the construction is taking place, and delivery to any facility (such as warehouses, depots, supply houses or similar facilities) located on such property.
• Farms and ranches.
• Military bases/ installations.
• Mine sites - the site of any pit, excavation, shaft or deposit at which coal, ore or minerals is, has been, or will be extracted. Such site or "mine" shall include the entire property upon which the mine is located, and delivery to any facility (such as mine warehouses, mine deposits, mine supply house, mine tipples or similar receiving facilities) located on such property will be considered as delivery to a mine. On shipments involving stop offs, charges apply to each portion of the shipment delivered to a mine site.
• National parks.
• Oil fields - the site of any pit, excavation, shaft, deposit (including tar/oil sand) or rigging at which crude oil, natural gas or other fossil fuel is, has been, or will be extracted. Such site or oil field shall include the entire property upon which the site is located, and delivery to any facility (such as, but not limited to, field warehouses, field deposits, field supply house or similar receiving facilities) located on such property will be considered as delivery to an oil field. On shipments involving stop offs, charges apply to each portion of the shipment delivered to an "oil field" site.
• Prisons or other correctional facilities.
• Other similar locations where pickup or delivery is restricted or limited.

Copyrights, Trademarks, and Other Proprietary Rights

When accessing this Site, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringement of third-party rights caused by any User Content (defined below) or any User Generated Social Media Content (defined below) that you provide or transmit to us.

As between you and us, all content on this Site, including text, hidden text within our source code, trademarks, software, photos, video, images, graphics, music, audio-visual content, podcasts, recordings, sound, or any other digital media, is owned by us and/or our licensors and is subject to protection by patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. In addition, the entire content of this Site is copyrighted, and we own the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content. Any feedback or testimonials you provide to use relating to the Site, or the services provided on the Site, shall be deemed to be non-confidential. We shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

All trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners, including, in some instances, us and/or our partner companies. Nothing contained on this Site or these Terms of Use serves to grant you, by implication or otherwise, a license or right to use any of the Trademarks or copyrights owned by us or by any third party.

Except as expressly provided herein, you may not modify, create derivative works, copy, redistribute, reproduce, publish, transmit, display, commercialize, or in any other way exploit any content or material from this Site without express written permission from us and, if applicable, the respective copyright owner. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or printing copyrighted material.

Monitoring; Copyright Complaints

You agree that we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, suspend, terminate, edit, disclose, refuse to post, or remove at any time, for any reason in our sole discretion, any material, content, and/or activity anywhere on this Site, including, without limitation, by suspending or terminating your access to or use of this Site. Notwithstanding this right, we do not and cannot review all materials submitted to this Site. If notified, we will investigate an allegation that content transmitted to us is in violation of these Terms of Use and determine whether to have the communication removed. However, we assume no responsibility or liability arising from or relating to any actions or content transmitted by or between you or any third party within or outside of this Site, including, but not limited to, any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained therein.

Third-Party Sites

We may provide links and pointers to Internet sites or mobile applications maintained by others ("Third-Party Sites") that are not affiliated with us and may be located in different countries and that may subject to different regulatory and other legal requirements. We have not reviewed all of the Third-Party Sites linked to this Site and are not responsible for the content or services offered on such Third-Party Sites, including, but not limited to, any advertising, order processing and fulfillment, or payment terms related to such Third-Party Sites. Access to participating retailers does not constitute an endorsement by us or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates of any retailers, or the content or services offered by them. We have no responsibility or liability for these Third-Party Sites’ independent policies or actions and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such Third-Party Sites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding Third-Party Sites should be directed to the applicable third party.

While we may provide links and locations of participating retailers and vendors who sell products or services online, we cannot control the completion or validity of the transactions of such retailers and vendors or the content of their Third-Party Sites. These Third-Party Sites and store locations are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. However, we seek to protect the integrity of this Site and the links placed upon it. Abusing Maadi Plotting Center

Please report problems of any kind or violations of this User Agreement to Maadi Plotting Center. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify Maadi Plotting Center. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Maadi Plotting Center under this User Agreement or at law, Maadi Plotting Center may limit, suspend or withdraw a user's access to the Site and/or a user's membership of the Site or remove hosted content. Also Maadi Plotting Center can choose to take other technical and/or legal steps against users who create problems or possible legal liabilities of any kind, who infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or who act inconsistently with this User Agreement or our policies.

Breach of User Agreement

Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Maadi Plotting Center under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, Maadi Plotting Center may immediately and without liability: limit your activity, remove your bids, end your listings, warn other users of your actions, temporarily / indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your membership, and/or limit or withdraw your access to the Site:

• If you breach this User Agreement.
• If Maadi Plotting Center is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide.
• If Maadi Plotting Center believes (in its sole discretion) that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users or Maadi Plotting Center.

Maadi Plotting Center may at any time at its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. A user that has been indefinitely suspended or had their membership withdrawn may not register or attempt to register with Maadi Plotting Center or use the Site in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user is reinstated by Maadi Plotting Center. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you breach this User Agreement Maadi Plotting Center reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by you to Maadi Plotting Center or any losses and damages caused by you to Maadi Plotting Center and to take such steps including legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings against you as Maadi Plotting Center in its sole discretion deems necessary. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of Maadi Plotting Center's right to take any actions with respect to that, or subsequent or similar breaches. Maadi Plotting Center does not guarantee that it will take action against all breaches that there may be of this User Agreement.

Providing Feedback

Maadi Plotting Center encourages users of the Site to provide feedback about the transaction and the product after a transaction has closed. Your feedback will be displayed along with your user ID on the Site. You cannot retract the feedback once you have left it. Maadi Plotting Center will not be responsible or liable in any way for the feedback that you post on the Site. You agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments. You further agree not to post feedback in order to solicit sales outside of the Site and not to display contact information of any person within any feedback. If you continuously receive negative feedback ratings, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Maadi Plotting Center under this User Agreement or at law, Maadi Plotting Center reserves the right to suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that your feedback consists of comments left by other users with whom you transact and a composite feedback number compiled by Maadi Plotting Center, and that together these convey your full user profile. As feedback ratings are not designed for any purpose other than for facilitating trading between the users, you agree that you shall not market or export your Maadi Plotting Center feedback rating in any venue other than on the Site. Maadi Plotting Center does not provide the technical ability to allow you to import feedback from other websites to the Site because a composite number, without the corresponding feedback does not reflect your true online reputation within our community.
